SEMS Cross Country 2026
Cross Country is a Fall Sport (August 24th – end of October).
- There are NO tryouts - all runners are welcome and everyone makes the team.
- Refer to this link for the Physical Exam Form and Handbook Signature Page that you must turn in to be eligible to participate in practices and meets.

We will communicate all information in two ways:
1. Google Classroom - Runners need to input the class code to join. Code: xfgyorak
2. Remind App - Parents need to input the class code to join. Code: @2026semsxc
Students and Parents – It will be in your best interest to join Google Classroom and Remind before our first practice on August 24th. Make sure alerts are on so you get instant information when it is posted.
