Funded Programs
Below is a partial list of programs & activities run and supported by SEMS PTO:
Academic Enrichment: Fund registration fees, faculty stipends & funds to support student equity.
Site Enhancements: Athletic Banners, Student Lunch Tables, providing upgrades not covered by the district to enhance the SEMS campus. Library Book Fair: Providing volunteers to help with this well-loved event.
Mini-Grants: Provide funding for classroom, department, and school needs not provided for by the district.
Staff Appreciation: Welcome Back breakfast, Teach Appreciation Week lunch and snacks for all staff, and other small gestures to show our gratitude throughout the year.
Staff Professional Development: Subsidize training programs and conference registrations for teachers and staff.
WEB Support: Where Everyone Belongs program support to ease student transition into Middle School.
8th Grade Promotion: Help celebrate promoting students and their families with a fun, safe, and memorable celebration.
